Delivery & pickup

Nationwide delivery

1. Choose delivery at checkout — the delivery cost is calculated and added to your order total before you pay, itemized on its own line.
2. Our accounting team confirms your payment; your order is then processed within 1–2 business days.
3. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days nationwide after processing, scheduled with you in advance.
4. If anything prevents delivery inside that window, we communicate it straight away so everyone is aware of the situation.

Pickup — by appointment

67 Duke St Ext, Selbyville, DE 19975. Pickup is by appointment. We confirm a pickup window by email after your order.

• Bring government photo ID and your order number.
• Your tow vehicle needs the right ball size for the trailer's coupler (usually 2" or 2-5/16"; gooseneck units need a bed-mounted ball) and a working light connector (4-flat or 7-way RV).
• We walk the unit with you and hand over the title / MCO documents.
