What we collect

• Contact and order details — name, email, phone if you provide it, billing details and delivery address, plus the units you order.
• Payment confirmations — card payments are confirmed by our payment processor (your card details go directly to the processor and are never seen or stored by us); wire transfers are confirmed by our accounting team against our bank records.
• Messages — enquiries you send through the contact form or by email, including any stock number you reference.
• Site data — basic technical data (pages visited, approximate region, device type) used to keep the site working, secure and improving.

We collect only what we need to sell you a trailer and support you afterwards.

How we use it

• Processing and fulfilling orders: confirmation emails, invoices, pickup appointments, delivery scheduling, title/MCO handover.
• Answering your questions and handling guarantee, return or warranty issues.
• Meeting legal and accounting obligations for vehicle sales records.
• Improving the store.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We contact you about your order and enquiries — not with unsolicited marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your purchase, and only what they need:

• our payment processor to process card payments;
• our bank to confirm wire transfers;
• delivery drivers and carriers to deliver your trailer (name, delivery address, contact);
• authorities where disclosure is legally required, such as title records.

Security and retention

The site runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to order data is restricted, and admin actions on orders and listings are logged. Order and transaction records are retained as required by US business and record-keeping law; other data is kept only as long as needed.

Your rights

Email sales@trailvant.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion where the law allows. Cookies used for cart and session can be controlled in your browser settings.
