What to include so we can answer fast

• About a unit: the stock number (shown on every listing, e.g. ATS-01042), what you plan to haul and its rough weight, and your tow vehicle if you want a sanity check on coupler and connector type. We answer with facts from the unit record — and we will say so plainly if a unit is not the right fit for your job.
• About delivery: your ZIP code and any access constraints (narrow lane, soft ground, gates). We deliver nationwide; the delivery cost is added to your order at checkout.
• About an order: your order number (e.g. ATS-XXXXXXX) in the subject line.

After the sale

The same phone number and address handle pickup scheduling, delivery coordination, wire-transfer invoices from our accounting team, title/MCO document questions, guarantee claims, returns and warranty pointers. One inbox, one thread, full history.

A note on authenticity

Genuine messages from us come from sales@trailvant.com, and our only phone number is (302) 580-8269. Our banking details are only ever issued on an invoice carrying our company credentials, as described in the Payment policy. We never ask for payment outside those channels.
