Welcome to trailvant.com, the official website of AREA TRAILER SALES, INC. By using this site or purchasing from us you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and readable — that is deliberate.

Who we are

Using the site

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • Information you provide with an order must be accurate — identity, contact and delivery details.
  • Do not misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, no interference with its operation, no scraping of other customers' data.

Listings and accuracy

  • Each listing is an individual physical unit. When it sells, it is marked sold; it is not silently replaced.
  • Specifications shown are the values we hold for that unit. Where a figure is not recorded, the listing says so rather than showing a guess.
  • Used units may show wear consistent with their photographs; disclosed wear is not a defect.
  • Availability can change in real time. Adding a unit to your cart holds it briefly; the unit is yours when your payment is confirmed.

Pricing and errors

All prices are in US Dollars. Where a listing shows a reduced price, the previous price is shown struck through. If a listing contains a genuine pricing or specification error, we will tell you before fulfilment and you may choose the corrected terms or a full refund. We do not knowingly let an incorrect listing stand.

Orders, payment and fulfilment

We accept wire transfer to our company bank account and major credit and debit cards, as set out in the Payment policy. Payment is confirmed by our accounting team; orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation, with delivery typically 3–5 business days nationwide or pickup by appointment — per the Shipping and Delivery and Pickup policies. Returns carry a 30-day window subject to acceptance guidelines and inspection, with return transport the client's responsibility — per the Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy and Our Guarantee.

Titles and documents

Each unit is sold with its title or MCO/MSO as stated. Titling and registering the trailer in your state is your responsibility, handled with your state's motor vehicle agency using the documents we provide.

Towing responsibility

Information on this site describes trailer capacity — never your vehicle's capability. You are responsible for confirming your tow vehicle's ratings and for safe loading and towing within the trailer's GVWR and axle ratings.

Liability

Nothing in these terms removes rights the law gives you. Beyond what the law requires and what these policies promise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business time, provided we have honored our Guarantee and these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
