A trailer is an investment in your work. When you buy from AREA TRAILER SALES, INC., that investment is protected by commitments we can state plainly — because we built the store around keeping them.

The Exact-Unit Guarantee

Every listing on this site is one physical trailer, identified by its stock number. The unit you order is the unit you receive — the same VIN, the same photographs, the same specification record. We do not substitute units, and a sold trailer is marked sold, never quietly relisted.

The As-Listed Guarantee

The specifications on the listing — size, GVWR, empty weight, payload, axle configuration, coupler, gate and ramp setup, condition class — are the record we sell against. At handover you inspect the unit before signing. If the trailer does not match its listing in a stated specification or its condition class, report it within 48 hours and we correct it at our cost: repair, replacement part, exchange for a comparable unit, an agreed partial refund, or a return and refund where the unit is materially different from what was sold. The Honest-Numbers Guarantee

• GVWR, empty weight and payload are shown separately — we never blur capacity figures to make a unit look stronger.
• Where a specification is not recorded for a unit, the listing says "not recorded". We publish facts, not filler.
• Payload is shown only when the manufacturer states it or both of its inputs are verified.

The Transparent-Price Guarantee

What you see is what you pay us. The listed price is the trailer's price; a reduced price always shows the previous price struck through. If you choose delivery, the delivery cost is calculated and added to your order total at checkout, itemized on its own line, before you pay. No documentation fees, no handling fees, no surprises at signature.

The Documents Guarantee

Every unit is delivered with its title or MCO/MSO and a bill of sale, as stated on your order — the paperwork your DMV requires. If promised documentation cannot be provided for a unit, that is grounds for a full refund.

The Secure-Payment Guarantee

Pay by wire transfer to our company bank account — banking details issued only on an invoice carrying our company credentials, sent by our accounting team — or by major credit card on a PCI-DSS compliant payment page where your card details never touch our servers. We never ask for payment outside these channels; the full framework is in the Payment policy.

The One-Unit, One-Buyer Guarantee

The moment your order is placed, the unit is reserved against your name and cannot be bought out from under you. If your payment fails, you hear it from us straight away and the unit returns to open stock — it is never sold to two people.

Manufacturer warranty, passed through intact

Where a manufacturer provides a warranty on a new unit, it is stated on the listing exactly as the manufacturer states it, and the paperwork passes to you at handover. Our guarantee stands alongside it, not instead of it — details in the Warranty policy.
