Wood deck or steel deck?

Wood is lighter, easier to repair and gives better traction when dry. Steel diamond-plate decks resist wear from tires and fluids. Both are listed in the Floor / deck row.

What GVWR do I need for a car?

Add your vehicle's curb weight to the trailer's empty weight and leave margin. Most cars and light trucks fit on a 7,000 lb GVWR hauler; heavier trucks want 10,000 lb.
