Payment

We maintain a transparent, secure and traceable payment framework — appropriate to purchases of this value and designed to protect both you and us.

Accepted payment methods

1. Wire transfer (bank transfer). Direct transfer to our company bank account. When you place an order and select wire transfer, our accounting team emails you an invoice carrying our company banking details — account name AREA TRAILER SALES, INC., together with the routing and account information for the transfer. Wire transfer is fully bank-to-bank traceable, avoids card limits on high-value units, and clears with maximum auditability.

2. Major credit and debit cards. We equally accept major card payments — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other major networks. After placing your order, a secure card payment link is provided for you to complete your purchase. Your card details are entered on the processor's PCI-DSS compliant payment page and are never seen or stored by AREA TRAILER SALES, INC.

How payment relates to your order

• The moment you place an order, the unit is reserved for you and cannot be sold to anyone else.
• Full payment is required before a trailer is released for pickup or dispatched for delivery.
• Payments are processed and confirmed by our accounting team; once confirmed, order processing (1–2 business days) and fulfilment begin — see Shipping and Delivery.
• All transactions are in US Dollars (USD).
• An official order confirmation itemizing the trailer, any delivery cost and the total follows every order; wire orders additionally receive the invoice with banking details.
• If a payment fails or is not completed, the reservation is released and the unit returns to open stock — we tell you by email if that happens.

Refunds

Refunds are issued into the original payment method the payment came from — card refunds back to the card, wire refunds back to the originating bank account — and typically take 7 business days to reflect after approval. Timing on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Refund eligibility is set out in the Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy.

Security and anti-fraud

• Our banking details are issued only by our accounting team from sales@trailvant.com, on an invoice carrying our company credentials. Verify the account name — AREA TRAILER SALES, INC. — before sending any transfer.
• We never ask you to pay into a personal account, by gift card, by cryptocurrency, or through any channel other than the checkout on trailvant.com and the written invoice described above.
• We never take card details by email or over the phone.
• We never add charges that were not shown to you in writing before payment.

If you ever receive a payment request that claims to be from us and does not match the above, do not pay it — forward it to sales@trailvant.com.

Pricing

The price shown on each listing is the price of that trailer. Where a listing shows a reduced price, the previous price is shown struck through. If you choose delivery, the delivery cost is calculated and added to your order total at checkout, itemized on its own line — no hidden fees, no surprises at signature.
