Pickup
Pickup is free, and for many buyers it is the fastest way to take delivery of a trailer.
Where and when
Pickup is accepted on appointment only at our location: 67 Duke St Ext, Selbyville, DE 19975. After your payment is confirmed by our accounting team, we email you to agree a pickup window — orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Arriving unannounced may mean the unit and its paperwork are not staged, so please keep to the appointment.
What to bring
- Government photo ID matching the name on the order, plus your order number.
- A tow vehicle rated for the trailer. Check your vehicle's towing and payload ratings on the door-jamb label and in the owner's manual — trailer capacity and tow-vehicle capability are two different numbers.
- The right hitch. Most bumper-pull units use a 2" or 2-5/16" ball; gooseneck units need a bed-mounted gooseneck ball. The coupler size is listed on each product page.
- A working light connector — 4-flat or 7-way RV, as listed on the unit.
- Safety chains capability and, for heavier units, a brake controller in the tow vehicle where the trailer has electric brakes.
At pickup
We walk the unit with you: VIN or stock number against your order, doors, gate or ramps, coupler, jack, lights and tires. You receive the title or MCO/MSO paperwork for the unit at handover. Once you have inspected and signed, the trailer is yours to hitch and go — we will see you off with the coupler latched, chains crossed and lights checked.
If you cannot collect promptly
Tell us. We will hold a paid unit for a reasonable period by arrangement. Units left uncollected for an extended time without contact may be subject to storage arrangements agreed in writing.
